Before your first appointment, we encourage you to contact our office to confirm whether we accept your insurance provider. If you are out of network or do not have insurance, we also offer self-pay options with flexible payment plans.

Billing Policy:
  • Co-pays, deductibles, and any out-of-pocket costs are due at the time of service.
  • We will assist in processing all claims, but patients are responsible for any unpaid amounts.

What should I expect during my first visit?
During your first visit, we will perform a comprehensive evaluation of your condition, discuss your health goals, and create a personalized treatment plan to start your recovery.
